 Kent has had a distinguished international career assisting organizations to transform

their performance, focused on implementation of systems, structures and processes. Kent has worked in the private sector, the NGO space and government. Kent has focused his experience on Africa for the past two decades. His role as Chairman concentrates on growth and risk.

Terry has a BSc (Hons), CFM, HDFE, (LSE) Economics majors in Applied Econs and Mathematics. Terry is former Executive Director Stanlib Asset Mgt managing wholesale distribution and group risk. Terry is a Senior Fund Manager and is also Deputy Chairman at Malipati and at Marimba Investments. His key focus areas are growth strategy, financial and people management. Terry is CEO of Bahati.

 Jordan has over 30 years experience in global trading and deal syndication. Jordan is a Chartered Marketer with vast experience and exposure in marketing, brand building and business development. He has spent time doing management consulting. Jordan has a huge network of commercial relationships in Central and Sothern Africa.

 Pardie is a Mechanical Engineer/Six Sigma Certified Logistician by profession. For the past 38 years, Pardie has gained experience in leading logistics, supply chain operations, process improvement initiatives and project management. Pardie has conducted systems design and re-engineering of logistics/supply chain systems for diversified international companies. 

 Omega acquired a solid 19 years experience and exposure in project management and trade finance. Omega has extensive experience in deal syndication. 

Tavengwa boasts 20 years of inventory control management in both Africa and in the United Arab Emirates. Tavengwa brings huge amounts of experience in logistics, and warehouse management.

 Christian is a Hospitality Management professional who brings 6 years of dedicated experience in customer service. Christian provides administrative assistance  to the directors as well management support in the office space.
